NetNordic is a Nordic system integrator who specializes in delivering network, communication and security solutions and services. We are the company’s «best companion»; i.e. we to contribute to increasing our clients’ potential through efficient usage and flexibility at the lowest rate possible.

NetNordic was established in 2001 and have grown in recent years both organically and through acquisitions. NetNordic partners with leading producers in the market and offers solutions and services based on client needs. NetNordic’s client list includes more than 750 large and medium sized companies, including public government agencies. The company is on the rise, expecting a proforma turnover of NOK 1 billion in 2017 and the company counts 270 employees in the Nordic countries, divided on subsidiaries in Norway, Sweden, Denmark and Finland.

Out of the 270 employees the majority are mainly technical consultants, system experts,  project managers and system developers. NetNordic operate solutions on behalf of large enterprises where the solutions are critical and significant client ambitions. NetNordic delivers support through a defined SLA, NetNordic’s 365 service portfolio and our own Network Operations Center (NOC), operated 365/24/7.

NetNordic consists of the parent company NetNordic Holding AS where the following subsidiaries are part of forming the group:  NetNordic Communication AS (Norway), NetNordic Solutions AS(Norway), Intelecom Group AS (Norway), NetNordic Communication AB (Sweden), NetNordic Solutions AB (Sweden), NetNordic Communication A/S (Denmark), NetNordic Solutions A/S (Denmark) and NetNordic Finland OY.

NetNordic Group is owned by NetNordic Holding AS. The largest owner is Norvestor (private equity) with 75 % of the shares, while the remaining shares are owned by employees.
